Linarc is redefining project and operations management for construction companies. Our collaborative, cloud-based platform empowers teams to plan, schedule, and deliver projects with greater speed and precision. We’re growing fast—and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us fuel that growth.

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the construction industry and Linarc’s product to generate new opportunities, drive outreach, and build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and social channels to uncover challenges and spark interest in Linarc.
  • Pipeline Development: Conduct high-volume outreach, including daily calls and follow-ups, with tailored messaging and pre-call research.
  • AE Partnership: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and hit shared sales goals.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, leads, and progress in our CRM.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to call strategies, campaign messaging, and feedback loops to improve outreach effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of SaaS experience, especially in software sales or lead generation
  • Experience or familiarity with the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
