Our product allows you to input various kinds of information about yourself, including personally identifiable data. In addition we monitor use of our product by collecting log-in data, audit trail within the product, and usage data.

Linarc does not sell, rent or lease any of its prospect or customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible Linarc products and/or services that may be available to you.

Linarc may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Linarc uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other interactive programs. Please note that if you are a user of our products, our customer (and not Linarc) is in control of what happens with your data that you submit into our products. Please direct to the respective customer any questions, opt-out requests and exercises of other privacy rights with respect to data about you in a Linarc product. 

Children Under the Age of 13

Linarc's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we will immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe from our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to info@linarc.com. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe or opt-out. Linarc will continue to adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.

Re-targeted advertising or behavioral advertising uses information about an individual's web browsing behavior such as the webpages they have visited or the searches they have made. This information is then used to display more relevant ads. The information collected is linked to a cookie ID (alphanumeric number). The information used for targeted advertising either comes from Linarc or through third party website publishers. If you would like to opt out of re-targeted advertising from Linarc that occurs when visiting third party websites, please visit the opt-out pages of Network Advertising Initiative, here, and the Digital Advertising Alliance, here, or if located in the European Union, click here. You can also control cookies by adjusting the cookie and advertising preferences settings in your browser.  Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

Our website does contain links to affiliate and other websites. Linarc does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.

Notice to European Union Users

Linarc's operations are located primarily in the United States, and this website is directed to visitors from the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States.  By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described in this Policy.

International Data Transfers

In accordance with and as permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to transfer your information, process and store it outside your country of residence to locations where we or our third party service providers operate. We may use personnel who are located outside of the United States.  Information that we provide or make available, or that you provide directly, to our service fulfillment partners may, as permitted by law, be transferred outside the United States for purposes of service fulfillment.

Linarc takes reasonable precautions to protect your information. Wherever we collect sensitive information (e.g. credit card information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the webpage.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Like many other companies, our products, services and corporate website are not currently configured to respond to browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals. 

Privacy Rights under State Laws

To our knowledge, we have not sold or shared personal information of consumers (as defined in the CCPA) under 16 years of age. For California residents: Linarc does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations (“Section 7027(m)”).
