You can invite multiple internal users as you like. Trade partners can be invited for visibility, but they will not have access to use the system during the trial. Projects run in standalone mode, not in an integrated environment, to ensure easy management. This functionality may be added in a future version of the free trial.
Yes. All project data is secured using enterprise-grade encryption. You retain full ownership of your data and can export it anytime during the active trial period. After expiry, data remains archived for 3–6 months but will no longer be accessible.
At the end of the 21-day trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you are not ready, you can request an extension and we will provide additional time to help you finish your evaluation.
