Linarc now enables seamless import of RFIs and Submittals from external construction management systems, eliminating manual data entry and streamlining project setup. Imported documents are automatically archived in the Project Drive and managed like native entries. We’ve also rolled out Time & Material (T&M), giving you greater control over out-of-scope work. T&M ensures every detail is logged, giving you complete visibility and control over your project’s budget.

Alongside these new features we developed powerful enhancements to modernize your workflow: Feeds now automatically syncs and organizes punch list photos and videos; Scheduler supports up to 10 levels in the Work Breakdown Structure for deeper project visibility; and managing RFIs and Submittals is now faster and simpler with seamless imports and automatic file syncing.

New Product Features: Enhancing Efficiency Across the Board

1. Document Enhancements - Import RFIs and Submittals from External Systems

Linarc now supports data and document imports from other construction management platforms, streamlining project migration and bringing all your information under one roof for greater control and efficiency. The current update allows you to import RFIs and Submittals, with support for additional item types coming soon.

• Import RFIs and Submittals with Ease - Upload completed PDF files to instantly create new entries in Linarc—no manual data entry required.
• Seamless Integration and Management - Once imported, items can be managed just like native entries within the platform, ensuring a consistent workflow.
• Automatic Archiving in Project Drive - Every imported document is stored securely in the project’s Drive, keeping your records organized and accessible.

Support for additional item types is on the way—stay tuned for future updates!

2. Time & Material Enhancements

The Time & Material (T&M) workflow just got more powerful, offering enhanced flexibility in the field and improved visibility into cost tracking.

• Dedicated Task Codes for T&M – Easily assign specific cost codes to T&M tickets, enabling more accurate tracking of unforeseen or additional work and streamlining cost reporting.
• Flexible Cost Estimates – Field users can now create T&M tickets without being required to input cost estimates upfront, allowing faster and more adaptable entries on the go.
• On-the-Go Approvals – Team members with appropriate permission can now resolve and approve T&M tickets directly from the field, ensuring faster turnaround and seamless accountability.

3. Image Feeds - Enhanced

The Feeds module just got more powerful—now with improved capabilities to streamline visual documentation and simplify how teams view and manage jobsite media.

• Automatic Media Capture from Document Attachments – Photos and videos linked to document items are now automatically fetched and displayed within Feeds. This release currently supports media from Punchlist items. Integration with RFIs, Submittals, and other item types is coming soon.
• Unified Media View – Instantly access and review organized media groups—all from a single, easy-to-navigate screen.

4. Scheduler - WBS Update

A well-structured Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is key to efficient project execution, and now, Linarc takes it even further. With WBS capabilities in our Scheduler, you can break down complex projects into crystal-clear, actionable components that drive real progress.

• Deep Hierarchies – Define up to 10 WBS levels to mirror your project’s complexity and bring unparalleled clarity to scheduling and task management.
• Better Planning & Control – Organize your schedule into logical, manageable segments to improve tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.

5. Project File Storage on Mobile

With a new look and enhanced viewing options, navigating your cloud-based project Drive is now faster, more intuitive, and fully optimized for on-the-go access. The module is available on both iOS and Android devices.

• Thumbnail View – Instantly recognize and locate files and folders with a clean, visual layout designed for quick scanning.
• Switch Views Seamlessly – Customize your browsing experience by toggling between list view and tile view with just a tap.
• Enhanced Tile View – Enjoy a familiar, user-friendly display where folders and files appear as tiles, just like your favorite cloud storage platforms.
