We're growing fast—and looking for a results-driven Account Executive who understands the construction tech space and can help bring our solution to mid-sized contractors across the U.S.

Your Role

As an Account Executive, you'll drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring strategic accounts. You’ll use your understanding of the construction industry, consultative selling, and outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers and close deals.

What You’ll Do

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities through outbound efforts and qualified inbound leads.
  • Sales Execution: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, run product demos, and guide prospects through the buying process.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deal stages in our CRM.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver timely forecasts and insights to sales leadership.
  • Market Awareness: Stay on top of competitive activity and market trends to position Linarc effectively.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in construction tech or vertical software
  • Strong grasp of consultative, solution-based selling
  • Understanding of construction operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from prospect to close
