Free Trial Agreement

Effective Date October 08, 2025

This Free Trial Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Linarc free trial software (“trial software”). By accessing or using the trial software, you agree to these terms.

Trial Terms

Your free trial begins upon account activation and expires after 21 calendar days. The term may not be extended without Linarc’s express consent, which may be withheld at Linarc’s discretion.

You receive access to Linarc’s standard construction project management software in its current form. The trial software includes core functionality but excludes premium features and customization options. Configurability and premium features are available upon upgrade to a paid subscription.

You may invite team members to participate in your trial, including individuals outside your organization or email domain.

Intended Use and Limitations

This trial is intended for evaluation and testing purposes only and is not intended to handle live project data or production work. If you upgrade to a paid subscription, data from your free trial will not be migrated to your paid account. 

Live agent support is not available during the trial period. Linarc will use reasonable efforts to provide help documentation, and an automated chatbot may be available but is not guaranteed to be operational at all times.

Trial Software Use and Data 

Linarc may (i) monitor and track your usage patterns and interactions with the trial software to improve its products and services, and/or (ii) review, analyze, and use your trial data for product development, analytics, and other business purposes. Upon trial expiration, your trial data may remain available for up to 60 days, but continued availability after the trial period is not guaranteed, and Linarc assumes no responsibility for data preservation beyond the trial period.

Linarc makes no guarantees regarding data security or protection during the trial period. Use of the trial software is at your own risk.

General Terms

The trial software is provided "AS IS" and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement.

LINARC’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TRIAL SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE TRIAL (WHICH IS ZERO). LINARC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Linarc may terminate your trial access at any time, with or without notice. You may discontinue use at any time by ceasing to access the software. All rights in the trial software remain Linarc’s exclusive property. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the trial software during the trial period.

This Agreement is governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the trial software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Linarc may prospectively modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By using the trial software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
